You do know prenatal yoga is not just for the preggies, right?
Hear me out.
I was chatting with a life-long (not pregnant) friend the other day.
She had seen my “mom butt” posts on IG and said she’s realized she’s been clenching her butt, like, ALL THE TIME.
We started talking about how to remedy that, and then we realized something:
Her natural posture is: butt clenched, hips forward, shoulders hunched, head lurching forward. She’s not pregnant, but she’s kinda standing like a pregnant lady.
(Or honestly like any mom anywhere, because our bodies often learn these patterns in pregnancy and carry over the bad habits into the end of time.)
So this just got me thinking about the fact that a lot of the principles we practice in prenatal yoga go way beyond prenatal yoga.
Did you know I have a whole (free) mini course about this very thing?
I’ll save my breath here and let you check it out.
It’s a thing where you sign up (for free) and every day for 3 days I send you a (free) 3-minute video going over some principle from prenatal yoga that applies to your life, even if you’re not pregnant, never have been pregnant, never heard of “pregnancy.” ha.
Okay, if that last one is you, we have some work to do.
See you on the inside!
