Why Moms Should Do Yoga

ALL MOMS EVERYWHERE SHOULD DO YOGA.

(Shocker, I know. I mean, are you surprised I, the yoga teacher, am making this claim?)


Here are 4 simple reasons why moms should do yoga:


  1. Yoga builds the mind-body connection. This is KEY in labor, postpartum recovery, and even for self-regulating during toddler tantrums.
  2. Yoga is a great place to make friends. And if there’s any time we need friend support, it’s on that journey through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood.
  3. Yoga helps you ease aches & pains. ‘Cuz I know we all got em.
  4. Yoga makes you happy. And remember, your kid doesn’t need a perfect mom. They need a happy mom.
